Processing Times

• Please allow 1–2 weeks for order processing unless otherwise stated.
• Processing times may increase during launches, holidays, or high-volume sales.

Shipping

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
• Shipping times vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
• Antler & Oak is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, weather, or other carrier-related issues.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Antler & Oak is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Antler & Oak is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
