At Antler & Oak, we want you to love your order. If there’s an issue with your item, we’re here to help.
Returns
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Items with stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear cannot be returned.
Exchanges
• Need a different size? We’re happy to offer size exchanges.
• Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to process depending on your bank.
Final Sale Items
Custom items, limited drops, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
